Coronavirus: White House May Release Elderly Non Violent Offenders from Federal Prisons

There is a conversation that could become a reality for an executive order that would allow for the release of nonviolent elderly prisoners due to the coronavirus pandemic. The virus is of particular threat to prison populations.
